I seriously paid $6 for that broccoli. No seasoning. Crust is burnt on the pizza. Seriously made without any care. Sad. By the way that pizza should have four sections of meat.

Very nice waitresses and waiters, they were always there to answer questions and get the orders. We did not have to wait long for our food, which was delicious by the way, especially the pasta, although it was a Sunday noon. They even have seasonal dishes. We got salad of which we could have as much as we wanted. The prices are good too. Per person we payed (including the tip) 20$ for main dish, dessert and drink. The salad was included in the main dish! The restaurant is very cozy. The seats are comfortable and the room is decorated with pictures of Italy. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay there!

At the moment you arrive in that place the personel give you a nice feeling. Very friendly team, it is a nice restaurant to go out with friends or with your date. yummy cuisine, talented chef, modest pay and professional service. Highly recommended.

Not only has the pepperoni/onion pizza love been passed down 4 generations, the staff here are wonderful. They are patient, professional, and compassionate. I live out of town and was trying to have a pizza delivered to my dad. Both my parents have been quarantined together, and my mom had just been admitted to the hospital. Naturally, we are all doing what we can from a distance to help support, but for the love of Pete, I never had to use these delivery service apps before. Maybe you can tell where I fall in the generation time line! After an hour of trying to order online, I have a scary feeling that I probably just ordered 6 small pepperoni/onion pizzas for my dad. Oh no. I decided to call Bertucci's (in Lexington), directly. They confirmed that no orders had gone through (phew) and when I explained my experience, they said, "let me take your order". You have no idea how relieved I was. Thank you.Thank you for keeping it real. You really helped out.

Very good pizza and rolls cooked in an open fire brick oven. Service is also pretty good, although the wait times do tend to get long. The wait is worth it for the pizza though, some of the best pizza I've ever had.

Pretty solid service, good food. A little expensive for some of the pasta dishes, but reasonable. Only complaint is the portion size variability. I have ordered the fettuccine Alfredo multiple times, and for takeout, it sometimes fills the whole reusable pan, other times it's merely 2/3 of it. They often pick up the phone immediately, and the food is often ready in 30 minutes when ordering for the whole family! :)
